- This Purchase Order is issued by the Seoul National Medical Research Institute for the procurement of specialized equipment and consumables required by the Medical Researcher division conducting ongoing clinical and preclinical studies in South Korea Seoul.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Medical Researcher laboratory facility located at 103 Daehak-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea, no later than August 15, 2025.
- The supplier, BioMedTech Korea Co., Ltd., warrants that all equipment supplied under this Purchase Order shall meet or exceed the specifications required for Medical Researcher use and shall comply with all applicable Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) regulations in force in South Korea Seoul.
- Payment shall be made within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all items by the Medical Researcher laboratory manager. Payment shall be processed via wire transfer to the supplier's designated account at IBK Seoul Branch.
- Any deviation from the specifications stated in this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the Lead Medical Researcher prior to shipment. Unauthorized substitutions will result in rejection of the affected items at the supplier's expense.
- The supplier shall provide full installation, calibration, and operator training for all major equipment items to the Medical Researcher team at the Seoul facility. Training sessions shall be conducted in both Korean and English.
- A minimum twelve (12) month warranty is included for all capital equipment. Warranty service shall be available within the South Korea Seoul metropolitan area with a response time not exceeding 48 hours.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
- The supplier acknowledges that the equipment procured under this Purchase Order is intended exclusively for Medical Researcher activities and shall not be resold or transferred without written consent from the Seoul National Medical Research Institute.
- Confidentiality: All data, protocols, and research methodologies associated with the Medical Researcher program in South Korea Seoul remain the exclusive property of the Institute. The supplier shall not disclose any information obtained through this Purchase Order to third parties.
Delivery shall be made to the Medical Researcher Laboratory, Building C, 3rd Floor, Seoul National Medical Research Institute, 103 Daehak-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) until the goods are received at the designated South Korea Seoul location. The Medical Researcher team shall conduct a 72-hour inspection period upon delivery. Any defects or discrepancies must be reported in writing within this period.
