- Delivery Location: All goods under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the IIMA laboratory facility located at Calle de Serrano 128, 28006 Madrid, Spain. The Seller is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable) within the territory of Spain Madrid.
- Delivery Timeline: The Seller shall deliver all items no later than 30 business days from the date of this Purchase Order. The Medical Researcher's research schedule in Spain Madrid is time-sensitive, and any delay exceeding five business days will entitle the Buyer to a penalty of 1.5% of the total Purchase Order value per week of delay.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Seller's designated account in Madrid, Spain. A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 70% shall be paid within 30 days of confirmed delivery and successful installation at the Medical Researcher's laboratory in Spain Madrid.
- Warranty: All equipment supplied under this Purchase Order carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty. The Medical Researcher and the IIMA institution in Spain Madrid shall be entitled to free repair or replacement of any defective components during the warranty period.
