The Meteorologist shall deliver all outputs in accordance with the Australian Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) reporting standards and the specific requirements outlined below.

3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Procuring Authority and the Meteorologist (Vendor) upon written acceptance. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable New South Wales state regulations.
3.2 The Meteorologist warrants that all forecasts, analyses, and advisory reports shall be produced using current, validated meteorological models and shall comply with the Australian Meteorological Society code of professional conduct.
3.3 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the Australian Government Payment Terms Act 1999.
3.4 The Meteorologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AUD $5,000,000 for the duration of this Purchase Order. A certificate of insurance shall be provided prior to commencement of services.
3.5 All data, reports, and intellectual property generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the property of the Procuring Authority. The Meteorologist shall not disclose proprietary data to third parties without written consent.
3.6 In the event of a severe weather emergency in Australia Sydney, the Meteorologist shall be available on a 24-hour call-out basis. Emergency call-out fees exceeding the annual retainer shall be invoiced separately at a rate of $350.00 per hour, subject to prior written approval.
3.7 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, the Meteorologist shall deliver all completed work product and raw data within fourteen (14) days.
3.8 This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia Sydney. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation under the Australian Dispute Resolution Act 2007 before proceeding to litigation.
3.9 The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations when conducting on-site instrumentation work at monitoring stations across Australia Sydney.

All deliverables under this Purchase Order shall be submitted electronically via the Procuring Authority's secure document portal. The Meteorologist shall allow a minimum of five (5) business days for review and acceptance of each report. Failure to raise a formal objection within the review period shall constitute acceptance. Physical deliverables, if any, shall be delivered to the Procuring Authority's offices at 12 Harbour Boulevard, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia Sydney, during standard business hours (08:30–16:30 AEST, Monday to Friday).

This Purchase Order has been reviewed and authorised by the undersigned officers of the Procuring Authority. The Meteorologist shall confirm acceptance by signing and returning a copy of this document within five (5) business days of issue.
