The scope of this Purchase Order encompasses the Meteorologist's obligation to provide continuous monitoring of atmospheric conditions over the Bogotá savanna, including but not limited to the analysis of temperature inversions, particulate matter dispersion, rainfall patterns, and seasonal climate variability specific to the high-altitude geography of Colombia Bogotá (elevation approximately 2,640 meters above sea level). All deliverables under this Purchase Order must reflect the unique microclimatic characteristics of the Bogotá metropolitan area and its surrounding municipalities.

5.1 Payment Terms: Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in three (3) equal installments via bank transfer to the Meteorologist's designated account in Colombia. The first installment (33.33%) is due upon execution of this Purchase Order. The second installment (33.33%) is due at the midpoint of the service period. The final installment (33.34%) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days following delivery of the final climate risk assessment report. All payments are denominated in Colombian Pesos (COP) and subject to applicable withholding taxes under Colombian tax law (Estatuto Tributario).

5.2 Performance Period: The Meteorologist shall commence services on July 1, 2025, and complete all deliverables no later than December 31, 2025. All work shall be performed within the administrative boundaries of Colombia Bogotá, D.C., unless otherwise authorized in writing by the buyer.

5.3 Professional Standards: The Meteorologist warrants that all services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the professional code of ethics established by the Colombian Meteorological Association (Asociación Colombiana de Meteorólogos) and shall adhere to the technical guidelines published by IDEAM for the city of Bogotá.

5.4 Confidentiality: All meteorological data, proprietary models, and client-specific analyses produced under this Purchase Order shall be treated as confidential information. The Meteorologist shall not disclose, publish, or share any data pertaining to Colombia Bogotá's atmospheric conditions with third parties without prior written consent from the buyer.

5.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Meteorologist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination, and all completed deliverables shall be transferred to the buyer.

5.6 Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial and civil laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.
