1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Météo Lyon Services SARL and the named Meteorologist for the provision of professional meteorological services in France Lyon. Both parties acknowledge that this Purchase Order supersedes all prior verbal or written communications regarding the scope of Meteorologist engagement.
2. The Meteorologist shall maintain all professional certifications, including the French National Meteorological License and any relevant European accreditation, for the full duration of this Purchase Order. Failure to maintain valid credentials shall constitute grounds for immediate termination of this Purchase Order without penalty to the purchaser.
3. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the France Lyon office located at 142 Boulevard de la Croix-Rousse, or at such other location within France Lyon as mutually agreed in writing.
