3.1 Qualification Requirements: The Meteorologist assigned to fulfil the obligations under this Purchase Order must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences from a recognized French or European university, and must possess at least five (5) years of professional experience in operational meteorology, with demonstrated expertise in Mediterranean climate systems relevant to France Marseille.
3.2 Service Location: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the Marseille Port Authority headquarters located at 12 Quai de Rive Neuve, 13007 France Marseille, with remote monitoring permitted during off-site periods. The Meteorologist must be physically present in France Marseille for a minimum of four (4) days per week.
3.3 Compliance: The Meteorologist shall adhere to all French regulatory requirements, including data protection obligations under the GDPR as implemented in France, and shall maintain professional accreditation with the relevant French meteorological professional body.
3.4 Confidentiality: All meteorological data, operational forecasts, and internal communications generated under this Purchase Order are classified as confidential property of the Marseille Port Authority. 3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Meteorologist shall complete all outstanding deliverables and provide a full handover of data and documentation within thirty (30) days of the termination effective date.
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of France Marseille, in accordance with French law.
