• 3.4 The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of € 1,000,000, valid throughout the duration of this Purchase Order and specifically covering operations in Germany Berlin.
• 3.5 All data, reports, and deliverables produced under this Purchase Order shall remain the intellectual property of Berliner Wetterdienst GmbH. The Meteorologist shall not disclose proprietary meteorological data to third parties without written consent.
