1. Applicability of this Purchase Order: This Purchase Order governs the professional engagement of the Meteorologist for all meteorological services rendered in and around Germany Frankfurt. All deliverables must reference the specific geographic coordinates and climatic zones applicable to the Frankfurt am Main region within Germany Frankfurt.
2. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Meteorologist. Invoices must be issued in Euro (EUR) and reference this Purchase Order number (PO-2025-FRA-MET-0047). Payment shall be processed via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by the Meteorologist.
3.
