1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Alpenwetter Consulting GmbH and Meteorological Solutions International AG for the provision of Meteorologist services in Germany Munich. Both parties acknowledge that the Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences from an accredited German or EU university, and shall be registered with the relevant professional body in Germany.
2. The Meteorologist shall comply with all applicable German data protection regulations (DSGVO / GDPR) when handling atmospheric data, client information, and personal data collected during on-site consultations in Munich.
3. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed within the Germany Munich area unless otherwise agreed in writing. Travel beyond the Munich metropolitan area (Umland) shall be invoiced separately at a rate of EUR 0.80 per kilometer.
4. The Meteorologist shall provide a minimum of 48 hours' written notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of on-site consultation sessions in Munich. Cancellations within 48 hours shall be subject to a 50% fee.
5. Payment shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account specified on the supplier's invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate under Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
6. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Landgericht München I (Munich District Court I) in Germany Munich.
7. The Meteorologist shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 for the duration of this engagement in Germany Munich.
