- Commencement: The Meteorologist shall commence all duties under this Purchase Order no later than 1 July 2025 at the Ghana Meteorological Agency premises in Accra, Ghana.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments within thirty (30) calendar days of the Meteorologist's submission of a valid invoice and a progress report confirming services rendered in Ghana Accra.
- Performance Standards: The Meteorologist is expected to maintain a minimum forecast accuracy rate of 85% for 24-hour and 48-hour weather predictions for the Ghana Accra region, as verified by the Agency's quality assurance unit.
- Confidentiality: All raw atmospheric data, proprietary forecasting models, and internal communications generated under this Purchase Order shall remain the exclusive property of the Ghana Meteorological Agency.
