- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- Service Commencement: The Meteorologist and support team shall commence all services in Indonesia Jakarta no later than 1 July 2025. The supplier shall ensure all personnel hold valid Indonesian work permits and professional Meteorologist certifications recognized by the Indonesian Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency (BMKG).
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. Invoices must be submitted by the 5th of each month for services rendered in the preceding month. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice receipt.
- Performance Standards: The Meteorologist shall maintain a minimum forecast accuracy rate of 92% for 24-hour predictions and 85% for 72-hour predictions specific to the Indonesia Jakarta region. Monthly performance reviews shall be conducted jointly by both parties.
