This Purchase Order is issued by Red Sea Meteorological Consulting Group (RSMCG) to procure the professional services of a qualified Meteorologist to be deployed and operational in Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The Meteorologist shall provide comprehensive atmospheric analysis, seasonal forecasting, severe weather advisory, and climate risk assessment services specifically tailored to the coastal and port operations of the Jeddah metropolitan area and the broader Red Sea littoral zone. The Meteorologist is expected to hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences from an accredited institution, possess at least eight (8) years of professional experience in operational meteorology, and be registered with the Saudi Meteorological and Seismic Authority (SMSA). All deliverables under this Purchase Order must comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) and the SMSA operational guidelines for the Jeddah region.

- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
- The Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order must maintain valid professional licensure with the Saudi Meteorological and Seismic Authority throughout the entire contract period in Saudi Arabia Jeddah.
- All meteorological data, forecasts, and reports produced under this Purchase Order shall be the exclusive intellectual property of RSMCG and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
- The Meteorologist is required to be physically present at the RSMCG office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a minimum of five (5) days per week, with remote availability for emergency consultations.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the vendor's designated account in Saudi Arabia within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of an approved invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (RSMCG-2025-0047).
- RSMCG reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice if the Meteorologist fails to meet the performance benchmarks outlined in the attached Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- The vendor shall provide a comprehensive insurance certificate covering professional liability, personal accident, and third-party liability for the Meteorologist operating in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, with a minimum coverage of SAR 2,000,000.
- All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) regulations regarding the handling and storage of meteorological data within the Kingdom.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties and shall not be considered valid unless countersigned by the authorized procurement officer of RSMCG in Jeddah.
