The engaged Meteorologist shall perform all duties in strict accordance with the standards set by the Singapore Singapore Meteorological Advisory Board and the relevant provisions of the Singapore Singapore Meteorological Services Act. The Meteorologist is expected to maintain professional certification throughout the engagement period and shall submit monthly progress reports detailing all forecasting activities, advisory issuances, and data analyses conducted for Singapore Singapore.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Meteorologist service provider for the duration specified herein. 4.3 The Meteorologist shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 for the entire contract period. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the commencement of services in Singapore Singapore.
4.4 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Meteorologist shall complete all outstanding forecasting cycles and data handovers for Singapore Singapore before the effective termination date.
