- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of Spain and the applicable regulations of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
- Service Location: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be performed primarily at the offices of the Barcelona Metropolitan Weather & Climate Authority located in the Eixample district of Spain Barcelona, with field observations conducted at designated monitoring stations throughout the Barcelona metropolitan area.
