The Meteorologist shall be physically present at the buyer's studio facilities in United States Los Angeles for a minimum of four (4) days per week during the contract period, with additional remote availability for breaking weather events affecting the United States Los Angeles basin, including but not limited to wildfire smoke events, coastal storm systems, and seasonal monsoon activity.

3.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Pacific Coast Media Group, Inc. (hereinafter "Buyer") and Atmosphere Analytics & Forecasting LLC (hereinafter "Seller") for the provision of Meteorologist services as described herein. All services shall be rendered in accordance with the standards and regulations applicable to broadcast meteorology in the State of California and the United States.

3.2 The Meteorologist engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines regarding weather information dissemination and shall ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all forecasts issued for the United States Los Angeles service area.

3.3 Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice from the Seller. Invoices must reference this Purchase Order number (PO-LAX-2025-04872) and shall be submitted to the Buyer's accounts payable department at the United States Los Angeles address listed above.

3.4 The Seller warrants that the Meteorologist assigned to this Purchase Order shall not be simultaneously contracted to provide competing broadcast meteorology services to any other media outlet within the United States Los Angeles metropolitan statistical area during the term of this agreement.

3.5 Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall be obligated to pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

3.6 All intellectual property, including recorded segments, climate reports, and digital content produced by the Meteorologist under this Purchase Order, shall be the sole property of the Buyer upon full payment.

3.7 This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, United States Los Angeles.
