All physical equipment shall be delivered to the Central Regional Weather Station, 44 Amir Temur Avenue, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Supplier is responsible for international shipping, customs clearance in Uzbekistan, and final delivery to the designated Meteorologist's workstation. Installation, configuration, and initial calibration of all instruments must be completed in Uzbekistan Tashkent no later than 30 September 2025. The Meteorologist will be present during all installation and commissioning activities to verify operational readiness.
Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via irrevocable letter of credit issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent branch. The payment schedule under this Purchase Order is as follows:

- This Purchase Order is governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and, where applicable, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- The Supplier warrants that all equipment is new, unused, and free from defects for a minimum period of 24 months from the date of acceptance by the Meteorologist.
- The Meteorologist in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall serve as the primary technical acceptance authority. No equipment shall be deemed accepted until the Meteorologist signs the Acceptance Certificate.
- All software licenses are non-transferable and restricted to use by the designated Meteorologist and authorized personnel of the State Hydrometeorological Service.
- The Supplier shall provide a minimum of 120 hours of on-site training in Uzbekistan Tashkent to ensure the Meteorologist and supporting staff can operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all procured systems independently.
- Any delay in delivery beyond the dates specified in Section 3 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the delayed item's value per calendar day, capped at 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration under the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, seated in Tashkent.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon countersignature by both parties and remains valid until all obligations, including warranty and maintenance, are fully discharged.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be conducted in English, with official translations into Uzbek provided where required by Uzbek law.
