- Service Location: All Midwife services procured under this Purchase Order shall be performed at the buyer's registered facility in Buenos Aires, Argentina, or at pre-approved satellite locations within the city and the Province of Buenos Aires, as mutually agreed in writing.
- Professional Qualification: The Midwife must hold a valid matriculation issued by the Colegio de Matronas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and maintain current liability insurance (seguro de responsabilidad civil profesional) with a minimum coverage of ARS 50,000,000.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of a valid factura (invoice) issued in accordance with Argentine tax law (AFIP / ARCA). Payment shall be executed via transferencia bancaria to the account designated by the Midwife provider.
