- Compliance with Japanese Law: The Midwife engaged under this Purchase Order shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, including the Midwife Act, the Medical Care Act, and all local ordinances governing healthcare delivery in Japan Osaka.
- Licensing and Certification: The vendor shall ensure that the Midwife holds a current, unexpired national Midwife license (助産師免許) and shall provide proof of licensure prior to the commencement of services. Any lapse in certification shall result in immediate suspension of services and a 5% penalty on the monthly invoice.
- Service Location: All clinical services shall be rendered at the Osaka Metropolitan Maternal & Child Health Center, 2-1-3 Umeda, Kita-ku, Japan Osaka, or at approved community sites within the Japan Osaka metropolitan area as designated by the Chief of Obstetrics.
