Scope of Purchase OrderThis Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Maternity & Women's Health Centre, Doha, Qatar, to formally engage the services of a qualified Midwife professional through Global Midwifery Solutions LLC. The engagement is intended to support the maternity ward and outpatient antenatal clinic at our facility located in the heart of Qatar Doha. The Midwife shall provide comprehensive prenatal care, labour and delivery assistance, postnatal support, and newborn care in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Public Health, State of Qatar. All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall be delivered within the operational boundaries of the Doha metropolitan area unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchasing Party and the Supplier for the provision of Midwife services in Qatar Doha. Both parties acknowledge and accept all terms herein upon signature.
- The Midwife engaged under this Purchase Order must hold a valid midwifery license recognized by the Qatar Ministry of Public Health and possess a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in obstetric and neonatal care.
- All services shall be performed in accordance with the standards of care established by the Qatar Health Regulatory Authority and the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) guidelines.
- Payment shall be processed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice submission. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Qatari commercial law.
- The Supplier shall ensure that the Midwife complies with all immigration, work permit, and residency requirements of the State of Qatar. Any non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the Supplier.
- Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services already rendered by the Midwife shall be settled in full.
- All patient data and medical records handled by the Midwife shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Qatar's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the rules of the Qatar International Arbitration Centre (QIAC).
- This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
