- Service Location: All Midwife services procured under this Purchase Order shall be rendered at the Clínica San Rafael facility in Madrid, Spain, or at such other locations within the Madrid metropolitan area as mutually agreed in writing. The Midwife shall comply with all spatial and sanitary regulations established by the Madrid City Council (Ayuntamiento de Madrid) and the regional health authority.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in monthly instalments via direct bank transfer (SEPA) to the account designated by the Midwife.
