• 3.1 Scope of Engagement: The Midwife engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform all duties in strict accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 4/2015 on the Protection of Non-Consensual Sexual Violence, the General Health Law 14/1986, and the specific regulations of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública of the Comunitat Valenciana. • 3.6 Termination: Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, the Buyer shall compensate the Supplier for services rendered up to the effective date of termination. • 3.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this document shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
• 3.8 Insurance and Liability: The Supplier shall maintain, at its own expense, professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 1,000,000 per claim, valid throughout the term of this Purchase Order. Certificates of insurance shall be provided to the Buyer upon request.
