5. Terms and Conditions
This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Algeria and governs the procurement of military equipment and uniforms for the designated Military Officer stationed within the Military Region of Algeria Algiers. The following terms apply:
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must conform to the specifications outlined in Section 4 and to the standards established by the Algerian Armed Forces (ANP) for Military Officer equipment.
- Delivery shall be made to the designated address in Algeria Algiers no later than 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- The supplier, SAMM S.A., warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty period of 24 months applies to all electronic and ballistic equipment.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 3 within 30 days of confirmed receipt and inspection of all goods by the receiving Military Officer and the Procurement Division in Algeria Algiers.
- All goods are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any item found to be non-conforming, damaged, or incorrect in specification shall be returned at the supplier's expense within 10 business days.
- This Purchase Order is subject to Algerian military procurement regulations (Decree Executive No. 15-234) and applicable international trade agreements. No portion of this order may be subcontracted without prior written authorization from the issuing Military Officer.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order is classified as RESTRICTED. Unauthorized disclosure to any third party is prohibited under Algerian military law.
