NOTE: All items listed in this Purchase Order are procured specifically for the Military Officer identified in the Recipient section. The Military Officer shall be present at the Buenos Aires Garrison Quartermaster's office on the delivery date for fitting, inspection, and formal acceptance. All uniforms and insignia must conform to the current Argentine Army dress regulations (Reglamento de Uniformes del Ejército Argentino, Resolución 045/2024). The supplier is required to provide a Certificate of Conformity for each item upon delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Governing Law: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Argentine Nation, specifically the Public Procurement Law (Ley 27.437) and the regulations of the Ministry of Defense of Argentina. All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items to the Buenos Aires Garrison Quartermaster's office no later than 30 July 2025. Delivery shall be made between 09:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday. The Military Officer or a designated representative of the Buenos Aires Garrison must sign the delivery receipt upon acceptance.
Quality Assurance: All garments, accessories, and equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the Argentine Army technical standards referenced in the item table. Any item found defective, non-conforming, or of inferior quality shall be replaced at the supplier's sole expense within fifteen (15) business days.
Payment: Payment shall be made via government transfer (SIPRO) within thirty (30) calendar days following the Military Officer's written acceptance of the delivered goods and receipt of a valid fiscal invoice (Factura A) issued in the name of the Argentine Nation.
Warranty: The supplier warrants all items against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of acceptance. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by the Military Officer or any third party.
Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order pertains to a Military Officer of the Argentine Armed Forces. All information contained herein, including the identity, rank, and unit assignment of the Military Officer, is classified as "Reservado" under Argentine military regulations. Unauthorized disclosure shall result in immediate contract termination and potential legal action.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government decrees, or national emergencies declared in Buenos Aires or the Argentine Republic.
Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Buenos Aires Garrison and the supplier. Verbal agreements shall have no legal effect.
