Note: All items procured under this Purchase Order are exclusively for the use of commissioned Military Officers of the Bangladesh Army stationed in Dhaka Cantonment and its subordinate units. Items bearing rank insignia and unit identification must be produced in strict accordance with the Bangladesh Army Uniform Regulations, 2023, as amended. The supplier shall ensure that all Military Officer-grade equipment meets the durability and performance thresholds validated by the Dhaka-based Quality Assurance Cell. 3. DELIVERY TERMS AND LOGISTICS

The supplier shall deliver all items specified in this Purchase Order to the Bangladesh Army Military Officer Supply Depot, located at Dhaka Cantonment, Cantonment Road, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh. Delivery shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs until the items are received and inspected at the designated Dhaka depot. Partial deliveries are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing by the undersigned Military Officer in charge of procurement. All shipments must be accompanied by a detailed packing list, certificate of origin, and conformity declaration stamped by the supplier's quality control division in Dhaka.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and the Bangladesh Army Procurement Regulations, 2022. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Military Officer Disciplinary and Administrative Tribunal, Dhaka.
  2. The supplier warrants that all items delivered under this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects in material and workmanship. A warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all equipment, and twelve (12) months applies to textile and uniform items.
  3. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Dhaka within forty-five (45) days of successful inspection and acceptance of all items by the authorized Military Officer inspector at the Dhaka Cantonment depot.
  4. The supplier shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature, quantity, and destination of all Military Officer equipment procured under this Purchase Order. Unauthorized disclosure shall constitute a breach of this Purchase Order and may result in legal action under the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Bangladesh).
  5. The Bangladesh Army reserves the right to inspect the supplier's manufacturing and storage facilities in Dhaka at any reasonable time with forty-eight (48) hours prior written notice.
  6. Any modification to the scope, quantity, or specifications of items under this Purchase Order must be approved in writing by the undersigned Military Officer and the Director, Military Officer Equipment Division, Dhaka.
  7. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Dhaka metropolitan area, shall be addressed through mutual consultation between the parties within seven (7) days of the event.
  8. The supplier shall comply with all applicable labor, environmental, and safety regulations of Bangladesh, particularly those enforced within the Dhaka industrial and commercial zones.
  9. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid for the duration of the delivery and warranty periods specified herein.
