NOTE: All items listed in this Purchase Order are exclusively for the use and equipping of commissioned Military Officers of the Colombian Armed Forces stationed in Bogotá, D.C. No item may be transferred, resold, or repurposed without written authorization from the Ministerio de Defensa Nacional de Colombia. The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is subject to Colombian military procurement regulations (Ley 1150 de 2007) and applicable international standards.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope: This Purchase Order authorizes the supplier to manufacture, package, and deliver the Military Officer equipment and uniforms specified herein to the designated military installation in Bogotá, Colombia. All items must comply with the technical specifications outlined in Anexo Técnico No. AT-2025-089 attached to the original contract.
  2. Delivery: Full delivery of all line items shall be completed no later than March 10, 2025, at the Búnker Militar de Bogotá, Carrera 68A No. 55-30, Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance within Colombia.
  3. Acceptance: Upon delivery, a designated Military Officer from the Dirección de Logística will inspect all items for quantity, quality, and conformity with specifications. A formal Acta de Recepción will be signed. Items failing inspection must be replaced within 15 business days at the supplier's sole expense.
  4. Payment: Payment shall be made via electronic transfer (EFT) to the supplier's registered bank account within 45 calendar days of the signed Acta de Recepción. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República de Colombia.
  5. Warranty: All Military Officer garments and equipment carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. The supplier shall provide a written warranty certificate for each item batch delivered to Bogotá.
  6. Confidentiality: The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order contains sensitive information related to the Colombian military. All personnel involved in the fulfillment of this order must sign a non-disclosure agreement in accordance with Colombian national security law (Ley 1621 de 2013).
  7. Compliance: The supplier warrants that no item in this Purchase Order was produced using forced labor, child labor, or materials sourced from conflict zones. Full compliance with Colombian labor law (Código Sustantivo del Trabajo) and environmental regulations (Ministerio de Ambiente) is required.
  8. Termination: The Colombian Ministry of Defense reserves the right to terminate this Purchase Order in whole or in part with 30 days written notice in the event of national security necessity, budget reallocation, or material breach by the supplier.
  9. Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent administrative courts in Bogotá, D.C.
  10. Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
