This Purchase Order is issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Defense to authorize the procurement of standardized equipment, uniforms, and operational supplies required for the deployment and operational readiness of a Military Officer assigned to the Cairo Garrison Command. - All items procured under this Purchase Order must conform strictly to the Egyptian Armed Forces quality standards and specifications as published in the 2025 Procurement Manual. Any deviation will result in immediate rejection of the affected shipment at the Egypt Cairo receiving facility.
- The vendor shall deliver all goods to the designated Central Military Depot in Egypt Cairo at the vendor's own cost and risk until formal acceptance is signed by the receiving Military Officer or their designated representative.
- Delivery of any item later than the specified date in Section 2 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the item's unit price per calendar day of delay, capped at 10% of the total Purchase Order value.
- The Military Officer assigned to this deployment shall conduct a full inspection of all delivered items within five (5) business days of receipt. A written inspection report must be filed with the Cairo Garrison Command within the same period.
- Payment shall be processed through the Egyptian Ministry of Defense Treasury, Cairo Branch, within forty-five (45) days of the date of the signed inspection report. Payment will be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via government transfer.
- All equipment containing encryption or classified communication capabilities must be delivered in sealed, tamper-evident packaging and shall be registered with the Egypt Cairo Signals Intelligence Unit prior to operational use by the Military Officer.
- The vendor warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any defective item must be replaced within ten (10) business days at no additional cost.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Military Arbitration Tribunal located in Cairo, Egypt.
- The vendor acknowledges that all items procured under this Purchase Order are for the exclusive use of the Egyptian Armed Forces and may not be resold, transferred, or disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the Cairo Command.
