Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Military Officer designated as Regional Procurement Commander for the France Lyon district and is governed by the French Public Procurement Code (Code de la commande publique, Décret n°2018-1074).
- All items listed herein must conform to current French Army (Armée de Terre) specifications and NATO interoperability standards. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity for each line item upon delivery at the France Lyon receiving depot.
- Delivery shall be made to the Caserne de la Pape, 69003 Lyon, France, between 08:00 and 16:00 CET on or before the required delivery date. Late delivery shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 45 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery inspection by the responsible Military Officer at the France Lyon garrison.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment is new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty period of 24 months applies to all electronic and mechanical items. The Military Officer reserves the right to reject any non-conforming goods at the point of delivery in Lyon.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection laws (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by the authorized Military Officer and the supplier's legal representative.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent administrative court in Lyon, France, in accordance with French military procurement regulations.
