4. Terms and Conditions

This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the French Ministry of Armed Forces and is governed by the Code de la Défense and applicable military procurement regulations. All transactions are subject to French public procurement law (Code de la commande publique).
The Military Officer named in this Purchase Order shall be the sole authorized recipient of all listed items. No transfer, resale, or redistribution of any item is permitted without written authorization from the France Marseille garrison command.
Delivery shall be made to the France Marseille garrison address specified herein. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs and insurance until items are signed for by the receiving Military Officer or their designated representative at the France Marseille installation.
All uniforms and equipment must bear the correct France Marseille unit markings and the Military Officer's rank insignia as specified. Non-conforming items will be rejected at the point of delivery and must be replaced within five (5) business days at the supplier's expense.
Payment shall be made by electronic transfer within thirty (30) days of the date of this Purchase Order, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all items by the France Marseille procurement office.
The supplier warrants that all items are new, of military-grade quality, and conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. A minimum two-year warranty applies to all equipment items.
This Purchase Order does not constitute a contract until countersigned by both parties. Any modifications to scope, quantity, or delivery schedule must be documented in a written amendment to this Purchase Order.
All data contained in this Purchase Order relating to the Military Officer and the France Marseille garrison is classified OFFICIAL and must be handled in accordance with French national security protocols (Instruction N° 1230/DEF/DCPM/SM).
Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent military administrative court in France Marseille, in accordance with French military justice procedures.
