4.1 This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the French Ministry of Armed Forces (Ministère des Armées) and governs the procurement of Military Officer uniforms and equipment for use within the France Paris metropolitan garrison area.
4.2 All items listed in this Purchase Order must conform to the specifications established by the Direction de la Logistique et du Support (DLS) and must bear the official France Paris military procurement seal upon delivery.
4.3 The supplier shall deliver all Military Officer equipment to the designated receiving unit in France Paris within the delivery window specified in Section 2. Late delivery beyond 15 July 2025 shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay.
4.4 Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of verified receipt and acceptance of goods by the receiving Military Officer at the France Paris garrison. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the supplier.
4.5 All Military Officer uniforms and equipment are subject to a 12-month quality warranty from the date of acceptance. Any defects in material or workmanship must be reported to the France Paris procurement office within 30 days of discovery.
4.6 This Purchase Order is subject to French public procurement law (Code de la commande publique) and applicable European Union regulations. The supplier warrants that all goods are produced in compliance with French and EU labour and safety standards.
4.7 The supplier shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the details of this Purchase Order, the identity of the Military Officer recipients, and all operational details pertaining to the France Paris garrison deployment.
4.8 Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent administrative courts of France Paris. The governing law is French law.
