- Delivery: All items shall be delivered to the Kommando Berlin facility at Unter den Linden 77, 10117 Berlin, Germany, no later than 05 August 2025. Delivery must be made between 08:00 and 16:00 CET on weekdays only, subject to prior coordination with the garrison security office.
- Acceptance: The Senior Military Officer or his designated representative shall inspect all delivered goods within five (5) business days of receipt. Any discrepancies, damage, or non-conformities must be reported in writing to the supplier within this period.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the valid invoice, in accordance with German federal procurement regulations (VgV and UVgO).
- Security Classification: Items marked as classified or restricted shall be handled in strict accordance with the German Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) guidelines and Bundeswehr security protocols. The supplier warrants that all personnel involved in the delivery of classified items hold appropriate security clearances.
- Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months on all electronic equipment and twelve (12) months on all textile and uniform items, commencing from the date of acceptance.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Berlin, Germany.
- Substitution: No substitution of materials, components, or specifications is permitted without prior written approval from the Requisitioning Military Officer. All items must meet or exceed the standards specified in the Bundeswehr Technical Requirements Manual (TRM-2025).
