Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Bundeswehr Procurement Regulation (BwVergV) and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier. The Military Officer named herein holds delegated authority to execute this Purchase Order on behalf of the 1st Panzer Division stationed in Germany Munich.
- All goods must be delivered to the designated Bundeswehr Logistics Center in Germany Munich no later than 01 August 2025. Late delivery penalties of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per calendar day of delay shall apply, up to a maximum of 10%.
- The supplier warrants that all items conform to NATO STANAG 4370 and applicable German Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) technical specifications. A certificate of conformity must accompany each delivery.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within 45 calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice and successful inspection by the receiving Military Officer or designated representative in Germany Munich.
- All intellectual property, technical data, and classified information associated with this Purchase Order remain the exclusive property of the Federal Republic of Germany. The supplier shall not disclose any details of this transaction to third parties without written authorization from the undersigned Military Officer.
- In the event of a dispute, the courts of Munich, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction. This Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- The supplier acknowledges that this Purchase Order is subject to German export control regulations (Außenwirtschaftsgesetz) and applicable EU dual-use regulations. No items may be re-exported without explicit written consent.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be submitted in writing and approved by the authorizing Military Officer before execution. Verbal agreements are void.
