Terms and Conditions
  1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Japan Kyoto Regional Command for the procurement of equipment and supplies designated for Military Officer personnel. All items listed herein are subject to the specifications outlined in the attached technical annex (Ref: JPKY-ANNEX-2025-048).
  2. The vendor shall deliver all goods to the Japan Kyoto Garrison warehouse at 42-15 Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto 605-0001, Japan. Delivery shall be made between 0800 and 1600 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays.
  3. Payment terms: Net 45 days from the date of confirmed receipt and quality inspection at the Japan Kyoto garrison. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the vendor. All transactions are denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY).
  4. All Military Officer uniforms and insignia must conform to the current Ministry of Defense dress code regulations effective as of January 2025. Any non-conforming items will be rejected at the point of delivery in Japan Kyoto, and the vendor shall bear all costs of replacement.
  5. The vendor warrants that all equipment, particularly the tactical communication devices and personal protective gear, meets or exceeds the performance standards required for Military Officer operational readiness in the Japan Kyoto sector.
  6. Intellectual property and security: All items bearing the Japan Kyoto Regional Command insignia are government property. Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or transfer of any Military Officer equipment procured under this Purchase Order is strictly prohibited under Japanese military law.
  7. Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kyoto, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association. The governing law shall be the laws of Japan.
  8. This Purchase Order may be amended only by written agreement signed by both the authorized Military Officer representative of the Japan Kyoto Command and the vendor's authorized signatory. Verbal modifications are void.
  9. The vendor shall maintain full insurance coverage for all goods in transit to the Japan Kyoto delivery location. In the event of loss or damage during transit, the vendor is solely responsible for replacement at no additional cost to the Command.
  10. Confidentiality: The terms, quantities, and specifications contained in this Purchase Order are classified as RESTRICTED. Disclosure to unauthorized parties is a violation of Japanese defense procurement regulations.
