Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued under the authority of the Military Officer designated as Regional Procurement Commander for the Japan Osaka Defense Logistics Command. All items listed herein are subject to the Japan Osaka military supply chain regulations and applicable national defense procurement laws.
- The vendor shall deliver all items to the Japan Osaka Central Military Depot no later than 01 August 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall incur a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- All equipment must comply with the Japan Osaka military specification standards and be certified for use by a Military Officer operating within the Japan Osaka operational theater. Non-conforming items will be rejected at the point of delivery inspection.
- Payment shall be processed via wire transfer to the vendor's designated account within forty-five (45) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance by the procuring Military Officer in Japan Osaka.
- The vendor warrants that all items are new, free from defects, and manufactured in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Warranty period is twenty-four (24) months from the date of acceptance in Japan Osaka.
- This Purchase Order is binding upon both parties upon written acknowledgment by the vendor. Any modifications must be executed as a written amendment signed by the authorized Military Officer of the Japan Osaka command.
- All classified materials and data associated with this Purchase Order shall be handled in strict accordance with Japan Osaka defense information security protocols. Unauthorized disclosure is a criminal offense under Japanese law.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Japan Osaka military arbitration board. Governing law is the laws of Japan, with jurisdiction in Osaka District Court.
- The Military Officer retains the right to inspect manufacturing processes, quality control records, and supply chain documentation at the vendor's facility in Japan Osaka upon thirty (30) days' written notice.
