4. Scope of Procurement – Military Officer Training and Equipment
This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kuwait for the procurement of specialized training services, tactical equipment, and professional development materials intended for the use of a commissioned Military Officer assigned to the Joint Operations Command in Kuwait Kuwait City. 6. Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern this Purchase Order and shall be binding upon both the purchasing party and the supplier:
- All goods and services procured under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the designated Military Officer's unit at the Joint Operations Command facility in Kuwait Kuwait City. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with international shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery within Kuwait Kuwait City.
- The Military Officer named in this Purchase Order shall be the primary recipient and end-user of all training services and equipment. Any substitution of personnel requires prior written approval from the Directorate of Logistics and Procurement.
- The supplier warrants that all equipment conforms to the specifications outlined in Annex A of this Purchase Order and meets or exceeds the quality standards required by the Kuwaiti Armed Forces. A minimum 24-month warranty applies to all electronic and tactical equipment.
- Payment shall be processed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via government bank transfer within 45 calendar days of the Military Officer's written acceptance of all delivered goods and completed training modules. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month.
- The supplier shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Public Procurement Law, customs regulations, and defense security protocols in force in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Confidentiality: All information pertaining to the Military Officer's training schedule, operational assignments, and personal service records obtained through this Purchase Order shall be treated as classified and shall not be disclosed to any third party without written authorization from the Ministry of Defense.

7. Acceptance and Authorization
Note: This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized parties. The Military Officer's unit commander shall verify receipt and condition of all items upon delivery at the Kuwait Kuwait City facility and sign the accompanying Goods Received Note within 5 business days.
