- This Purchase Order is issued by the undersigned Military Officer, Colonel Ahmad bin Rashid, acting in his capacity as the authorized procurement authority for the Kuala Lumpur Garrison, Ministry of Defence, Malaysia. All transactions under this Purchase Order are governed by the Malaysian Armed Forces Procurement Regulations 2023 and the Government Procurement Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
- Delivery of all items specified herein shall be made to the Armed Forces Headquarters, Jalan Duta, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, or to such alternative location within the Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area as may be directed in writing by the purchasing Military Officer. Delivery is required no later than 45 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order.
- All equipment and materials supplied must comply with the specifications and quality standards set forth by the Malaysian Armed Forces. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity, test reports, and warranty documentation for each item upon delivery in Kuala Lumpur.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmation of satisfactory delivery and inspection by the designated Military Officer or his appointed representative at the Kuala Lumpur garrison facility.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are free from defects, are of new manufacture, and are not encumbered by any lien or third-party claim. Any item found to be non-conforming upon inspection in Kuala Lumpur shall be replaced at the supplier's sole cost within fourteen (14) days.
- This Purchase Order may be amended, modified, or cancelled only by written agreement signed by both the authorized Military Officer and the supplier's duly authorized representative. No verbal or electronic communication shall constitute a valid amendment.
- All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia.
- The supplier acknowledges that all information contained in this Purchase Order is classified as OFFICIAL and shall be handled in accordance with the Malaysian Official Secrets Act 1972. Unauthorized disclosure of procurement details pertaining to Military Officer assignments or Kuala Lumpur garrison operations is strictly prohibited.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Kuala Lumpur region, shall excuse timely performance. The affected party must notify the other party in writing within five (5) business days of the occurrence.
