4. Terms and Conditions

Delivery Location: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Yangon Garrison Logistics Depot, 45 Strand Road, Insein Township, Yangon, Myanmar. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 July 2025.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt and satisfactory inspection of all goods. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's registered account in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).
Quality Assurance: All Military Officer uniforms, equipment, and supplies must conform to the Myanmar Defence Standards (MDS) current edition. The purchasing Military Officer reserves the right to reject any items that do not meet the specified quality parameters. Rejected items must be replaced within fourteen (14) days at the supplier's expense.
Warranty: The supplier warrants all goods against manufacturing defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in Yangon. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Yangon Garrison Logistics Command office.
Confidentiality: This Purchase Order contains sensitive procurement information pertaining to the Myanmar military. All parties involved in the execution of this order shall maintain strict confidentiality. Unauthorized disclosure of item quantities, specifications, or delivery schedules is prohibited under applicable Myanmar defence regulations.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to monsoon-related flooding in the Yangon region.
Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Yangon Regional Military Tribunal or, where applicable, the Yangon District Court.
Amendments: No modification to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless issued in writing and signed by the authorized Military Officer of the Yangon Garrison Command and the supplier's designated representative.
