- Delivery Location: All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Central Military District Headquarters, Moscow, Russia, at the address designated by the receiving Military Officer. Delivery must be completed no later than 30 calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made in full within 15 business days of confirmed receipt and inspection of all goods by the designated Military Officer and the Procurement Directorate in Moscow, Russia. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account as listed above.
- Quality Assurance: All Military Officer equipment must comply with the applicable GOST standards of the Russian Federation. The supplier warrants that all items are new, free from defects, and meet the specifications stated in this Purchase Order. Any non-conforming items must be replaced within 10 business days at the supplier's expense.
