All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Jeddah Garrison Command Logistics Depot, located at King Fahd Road, Al Shati District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, no later than 30 July 2025. The Military Officer designated to receive and inspect the equipment shall be present at the time of delivery. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and handling costs up to the point of delivery in Jeddah. Delivery shall be made between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 Saudi Arabia Standard Time (AST, UTC+3).
6. Payment TermsPayment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of confirmed receipt and satisfactory inspection of all items by the receiving Military Officer and the Jeddah Garrison Command Quality Assurance team. The total amount due is Forty-Seven Thousand Ninety-Two Riyals and Fifty Halalas (SAR 47,092.50). Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Saudi commercial law.
7. Terms & Conditions- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Saudi Commercial Transactions Law.
- All equipment must comply with SASO standards and carry valid Saudi Arabian certification marks prior to delivery in Jeddah.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.
- The Military Officer assigned to this deployment retains the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order. Rejected items must be replaced within ten (10) business days at the supplier's expense.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity and assignment of the Military Officer, is classified as Restricted. Unauthorized disclosure is a violation of Saudi military regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Jeddah Commercial Court, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
