NOTE: All items procured under this Purchase Order are designated exclusively for the use of commissioned Military Officers assigned to the Senegal Dakar garrison and its subordinate units. No item may be transferred, resold, or repurposed outside the Senegalese Armed Forces without written authorization from the Commandement de Dakar. Terms and Conditions

Delivery: The Supplier shall deliver all goods listed in this Purchase Order to the Base Militaire de Dakar, Senegal, within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Delivery shall be made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the receiving warehouse at the Dakar garrison.
Quality Assurance: All Military Officer uniforms, insignia, and equipment must conform to the specifications outlined in the Senegal Armed Forces Technical Manual (Réf. SFA-TM-2024-07). A pre-shipment inspection by a designated Military Officer from the Buyer's Quality Control Division shall be conducted at the Supplier's facility in Brussels no fewer than ten (10) business days prior to dispatch.
Payment: Payment of the full amount of 51,271,000 XOF shall be made via irrevocable letter of credit issued by the Banque Centrale de l'Afrique de l'Ouest (BCEAO), Dakar branch, within forty-five (45) days of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all goods at the Senegal Dakar receiving depot.
Warranty: The Supplier warrants that all items are new, free from defects, and fit for military service. A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all textile and leather goods. The Supplier shall replace, at no additional cost, any item found defective within the warranty period.
Compliance: This Purchase Order is governed by the procurement regulations of the République du Sénégal and applicable international military trade agreements. The Supplier certifies that no item listed herein is subject to export restrictions under UN Security Council resolutions or EU dual-use regulations.
Confidentiality: All details of this Purchase Order, including quantities, specifications, and delivery schedules, are classified as Restricted Military Information. Unauthorized disclosure to any third party, including commercial entities in Senegal Dakar or abroad, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Senegalese military law.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Dakar, Senegal, in accordance with the rules of the OHADA Arbitration Court. The language of arbitration shall be French, with English translations provided for all Military Officer technical documentation.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by acts of God, civil unrest in the Senegal Dakar region, port closures, or government-imposed trade embargoes. Affected parties must notify the other in writing within five (5) business days of the event.
