- All items shall be delivered to the Seoul Garrison Logistics Command warehouse, 121 Hangang-daero, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea, no later than 30 June 2025.
- The Military Officer named in this Purchase Order shall personally inspect and sign the receiving certificate upon delivery of all line items. No payment shall be released until the Military Officer confirms full compliance with ROK Armed Forces specifications.
- Payment terms: Net 45 days from the date of accepted delivery, via electronic transfer to the supplier's designated account at Kookmin Bank, Seoul Branch.
- All equipment must bear the ROK Armed Forces property marking and be registered in the Seoul Garrison asset management system within 7 business days of delivery.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and conform to the Republic of Korea Defense Standards (MIL-STD-K). A warranty period of 24 months applies to all mechanical and electronic items.
