- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the commercial regulations applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
- Delivery: All items specified in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Dubai Garrison Command Logistics Depot, Al Jurf 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, no later than the deadlines stated in Section 4. Delivery shall be made during standard working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 08:00–16:00 GST).
- Acceptance: The designated Military Officer or an authorized representative of the Logistics & Equipment Division shall inspect all delivered items within five (5) working days of receipt. Acceptance is contingent upon full compliance with UAE Armed Forces specifications and quality standards.
- Payment: Payment of the total amount of AED 48,510.00 shall be made via government bank transfer within thirty (30) days of written acceptance of all items. The supplier must provide a valid tax invoice compliant with UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements.
- Warranty: The supplier warrants that all goods supplied under this Purchase Order are new, free from defects, and conform to the specifications outlined herein. A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all electronic and mechanical items.
- Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity of the Military Officer for whom the equipment is procured, the unit of assignment, and operational details, is classified as Restricted. Unauthorized disclosure is a violation of UAE National Security Law Federal Decree-Law No. 3 of 2016.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of war, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions within the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
- Amendments: Any modification to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the authorized representative of the Ministry of Defence and the supplier. Verbal agreements are not binding.
