Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Defence, United Kingdom London, and constitutes a binding procurement instrument for the supply of equipment and uniforms designated for a Military Officer assigned to the United Kingdom London Garrison Command.
2. All goods supplied under this Purchase Order must conform to the specifications outlined in MOD Dress Regulations 2024 and NATO Standardisation Agreement (STANAG) 2186. Any deviation must be approved in writing by the Authorising Officer prior to dispatch.
3. Delivery of all items shall be made to the Procurement & Logistics Division, Whitehall Command Centre, United Kingdom London, SW1A 2HQ. The supplier is responsible for all transit costs within the United Kingdom London metropolitan area.
4. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and confirmed delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order. Payment will be processed via BACS transfer to the supplier's registered bank account.
5. The supplier warrants that all Military Officer equipment supplied is new, of the highest quality, and free from defects. A minimum twelve-month warranty applies to all items. Any defective goods must be replaced within fourteen (14) days at the supplier's sole expense.
6. Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity and rank of the Military Officer for whom the equipment is procured, is classified OFFICIAL. The supplier shall not disclose any details of this Purchase Order to third parties without written consent from the Ministry of Defence, United Kingdom London.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom London.
8. The supplier acknowledges that failure to meet the delivery dates specified in this Purchase Order may result in a penalty of 2% of the total Purchase Order value per week of delay, up to a maximum of 10%, after which the Ministry of Defence reserves the right to cancel this Purchase Order without further liability.
9. All goods must be packaged in accordance with MOD logistics standards and clearly marked with the Purchase Order reference number MOD-UKL-2025-04872 for traceability upon arrival at the United Kingdom London receiving depot.
10. This Purchase Order may only be amended by written agreement signed by both the Authorising Officer of the Ministry of Defence and the authorised representative of the supplier. Verbal agreements are not valid under this Purchase Order.
