2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER

This Purchase Order is issued by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan to authorize the procurement of standardized equipment, uniforms, insignia, and operational accessories required for the appointment, deployment, and sustained service of a Military Officer within the Tashkent Military District. 4. DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS

All items specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Tashkent Garrison Headquarters, 28 May Avenue, Building 14, Tashkent, 100007, Republic of Uzbekistan. Delivery shall be made to the attention of the receiving Military Officer or their designated logistics representative. The supplier shall bear all transportation, insurance, and handling costs up to the point of delivery within Tashkent, Uzbekistan. A signed delivery receipt, countersigned by the receiving Military Officer, shall constitute final acceptance of goods. Any items found damaged, non-conforming, or incomplete upon inspection at the Tashkent receiving facility shall be returned to the supplier at the supplier's expense within five (5) business days.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1. This Purchase Order is governed by the procurement laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the internal regulations of the Ministry of Defense. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the military administrative courts in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
  2. Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of final acceptance, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account. The exchange rate for USD-denominated portions shall be the National Bank of Uzbekistan rate on the date of payment.
  3. The supplier warrants that all goods conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and to the quality standards mandated for Military Officer equipment by the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan. A minimum two-year warranty applies to all electronic and tactical equipment.
  4. Confidentiality: All information contained in this Purchase Order, including the identity and assignment details of the Military Officer, is classified as Restricted. Unauthorized disclosure is a violation of Uzbekistan national security law.
  5. The supplier shall comply with all applicable labor, environmental, and export control regulations of Uzbekistan. No sub-contracting is permitted without prior written approval from the Central Procurement Directorate in Tashkent.
  6. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or military directives issued by the Ministry of Defense of Uzbekistan.
  7. This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both authorized parties and remains valid until all line items have been delivered, inspected, and accepted by the Military Officer or their authorized representative in Tashkent.
