The Musician is required to arrive at the venue no later than 14:00 hours on the date of the event for soundcheck, rehearsal, and technical setup. The formal performance is scheduled to commence at 20:00 hours and shall not exceed 90 minutes of live stage time. The Musician shall bring all personal instruments, including an acoustic guitar, an electric guitar, a portable amplifier, and all necessary cables and accessories. The Purchaser shall provide the main stage sound system, microphones, stage lighting, and a dedicated sound engineer.

Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• Advance Payment (50%): 217,175 DZD, due within 10 (ten) business days of the acceptance of this Purchase Order by the Musician. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Musician's designated account at BNA (Banque Nationale d'Algérie), Algeria Algiers branch.
• Final Payment (50%): 217,175 DZD, due within 15 (fifteen) business days following the successful completion of the performance and delivery of all contractual deliverables, including the original compositions in digital format (WAV and MP3).

All payments are subject to the Musician providing a valid tax invoice (facture) compliant with Algerian fiscal regulations. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month of delay, in accordance with Algerian commercial law.

1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Musician upon written acceptance. The Musician must sign and return a copy of this Purchase Order within 5 (five) business days of receipt.
2. The Musician warrants that all compositions, arrangements, and performances delivered under this Purchase Order are original works and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Musician shall indemnify the Purchaser against any claims arising from copyright or intellectual property disputes.
3. The Musician shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, including but not limited to the Algerian Labor Code, the Code of Intellectual Property, and regulations issued by the Ministry of Culture regarding public performances in Algeria Algiers.
4. In the event of cancellation by the Purchaser, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total Purchase Order value shall be payable to the Musician if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the event, and 60% if cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date.
5. In the event of cancellation by the Musician without valid medical or force majeure justification, the Musician shall refund any advance payment received within 10 business days and shall pay a penalty equal to 20% of the total Purchase Order value.
6. The Musician shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 DZD for the duration of the engagement in Algeria Algiers.
7. All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Algeria Algiers.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Purchase Order. This Purchase Order is executed in two (2) original copies, one for each party, both bearing equal legal validity under Algerian law.
