The Musician shall perform at the Teatro del Libertador, located at Av. Vélez Sarsfield 1050, Córdoba Capital, Province of Córdoba, Argentina. The event is scheduled for August 23, 2025, with a stage call at 14:00 hours and a public performance window from 19:00 to 22:00 hours. All logistics, including stage setup, sound engineering, and lighting coordination, shall be managed by the Buyer in coordination with the Musician. The Musician is expected to arrive in Argentina Córdoba no later than August 22, 2025, to complete a full rehearsal.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation and the applicable provincial regulations of the Province of Córdoba, Argentina. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in the competent courts of Córdoba Capital, Argentina Córdoba.
- Payment: The Buyer shall remit payment of the full amount stated in this Purchase Order within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Musician in the Province of Córdoba. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la Nación Argentina.
- Musician Obligations: The Musician warrants that all compositions, arrangements, and performances delivered under this Purchase Order are original works free of any third-party intellectual property claims.
