- Scope of Work: The Musician agrees to deliver all services described in the line items above with professional quality and in full compliance with the schedule outlined in this Purchase Order. Any deviation from the agreed repertoire or performance duration must be approved in writing by the buyer's Procurement Manager.
- Performance Schedule: All Musician services shall be performed between June 20, 2025, and June 28, 2025, within the city of Colombia Bogotá. The Musician must confirm availability in writing no later than June 15, 2025.
- Payment: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Musician's designated account in Colombia Bogotá within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of this Purchase Order by the buyer more than fourteen (14) days prior to the performance date shall result in a 25% fee. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days shall result in a 50% fee. The Musician may cancel with a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice, in which case no payment is due.
- Equipment: The Musician is responsible for providing all personal instruments (guitar, tiple, percussion) and amplification equipment. The buyer shall provide the main sound system, stage, and lighting at the venue in Colombia Bogotá.
- Insurance and Liability: The Musician shall maintain personal liability insurance valid in Colombia Bogotá for the duration of the engagement. The buyer's insurance covers venue-related incidents only.
- Confidentiality: The Musician agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the event details, guest list, and any proprietary content shared during the consultation meetings covered by this Purchase Order.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia Bogotá, D.C.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under this Purchase Order due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or public health emergencies affecting Colombia Bogotá.
