This Purchase Order is issued by Accra Events & Entertainment Ltd. to formally engage the services of a professional Musician and accompanying ensemble for a corporate gala event to be held in Ghana Accra. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier for the provision of Musician services within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area, and all terms herein shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.

- This Purchase Order shall become effective upon written acceptance by both parties. The Musician and the Supplier confirm their availability for the stated date and location in Ghana Accra.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the successful completion of the Musician's performance. A 50% advance payment (GHS 28,146.25) is due within seven (7) days of acceptance of this Purchase Order.
- The Musician shall arrive at the venue no later than 16:00 on the day of the event for soundcheck and stage preparation. Failure to appear shall constitute a material breach of this Purchase Order.
- All equipment, instruments, and audio-visual gear required for the Musician's performance shall be provided by the Supplier unless otherwise specified in this Purchase Order.
- The Buyer shall provide a dedicated green room, catering (meals and beverages), and security for the Musician and ensemble at the venue in Ghana Accra.
- Any cancellation by the Buyer more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event shall incur a 25% penalty. Cancellation within fourteen (14) days shall incur a 50% penalty. Cancellation within seventy-two (72) hours shall result in full payment of the Purchase Order total.
- The Supplier warrants that the Musician and all ensemble members hold valid work permits and are in compliance with all applicable regulations of the Ghana Revenue Authority and the National Performers' Rights Society (NPRS) of Ghana.
- All intellectual property rights to the custom song composition (Item 06) shall transfer to the Buyer upon full payment of this Purchase Order.
- Disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra before submission to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of Ghana.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the Ghanaian Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and the Contract Act, 1960 (Act 25).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and obligations set forth in this Purchase Order for the engagement of the Musician in Ghana Accra. This document, in two (2) original copies, shall serve as the definitive record of the commercial arrangement.
