The Musician is required to provide all personal instruments, including a professional-grade oud and a B-flat clarinet, along with a minimum of two backup reed sets. The Musician shall arrive at the venue no later than 16:00 on the day of performance for soundcheck, stage setup, and coordination with the event production team. The Musician is expected to deliver a 90-minute performance program divided into two sets, with a 15-minute intermission, followed by a 30-minute audience Q&A and informal interaction session.
The Musician shall comply with all local regulations of the State of Israel regarding public performance, noise ordinances applicable to the Old City of Jerusalem, and any permits issued by the Jerusalem Municipality. The Musician acknowledges that the performance venue is located within a historically sensitive area and agrees to adhere to all guidelines set forth by the Israel Antiquities Authority and the Jerusalem City Planning Committee.

6.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Jerusalem Municipal Cultural Affairs Department and the Musician named herein. Both parties agree to the terms set forth in this document and any supplementary riders attached hereto.
6.2 The Musician warrants that all compositions performed will be either in the public domain or properly licensed for public performance in the State of Israel. The Musician shall provide written proof of licensing for any copyrighted works included in the program no later than 14 days prior to the performance date.
6.3 Cancellation by the Buyer must be communicated in writing no fewer than 21 days prior to the performance date. Cancellation within 21 days will result in a 50% fee being payable to the Musician. Cancellation by the Musician without valid cause will require full refund of any advance payment received.
6.4 The Musician shall carry valid professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of ILS 500,000 for the duration of the engagement in Jerusalem, Israel.
6.5 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jerusalem.
6.6 The Musician agrees to promote the "Jerusalem Nights of Music" festival on personal social media channels, tagging the official event page, as a condition of this Purchase Order.
Note: This Purchase Order is subject to final approval by the Jerusalem Municipal Finance Committee. The Musician shall not commence any preparatory work or travel arrangements until written confirmation of approval is received from the Buyer.
