Procurement of Professional Musician Services for Corporate and Cultural Events in Kazakhstan Almaty

This Purchase Order is issued by Almaty Events & Cultural Productions LLP to formally procure the professional services of the above-named Musician for a series of corporate, cultural, and private events scheduled to take place in Kazakhstan Almaty during the period of July 2025 through September 2025. The Musician shall be responsible for performing, directing, and coordinating all musical programming as specified in the line items below. All services rendered under this Purchase Order must comply with the labor and entertainment regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the local municipal ordinances of the city of Almaty.

4.1. This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Almaty Events & Cultural Productions LLP (hereinafter "the Buyer") and the Musician identified in Section 2 (hereinafter "the Service Provider") for the procurement of musical performance and related services in Kazakhstan Almaty.

4.2. The Musician warrants that all personnel engaged under this Purchase Order hold valid work permits or individual entrepreneur registrations in the Republic of Kazakhstan and are authorized to perform publicly in the city of Almaty.

4.3. The Musician shall arrive at each designated venue in Kazakhstan Almaty no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled performance start time for setup, rehearsal, and sound calibration.

4.4. All musical instruments, equipment, and materials required for the performance shall be provided and maintained by the Musician at no additional cost to the Buyer, unless otherwise specified in writing as an amendment to this Purchase Order.

4.5. The Buyer reserves the right to request up to two (2) revisions to the musical program or setlist for each event, provided such requests are submitted no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the event date.

4.6. In the event of cancellation by the Buyer, a cancellation fee of 50% of the applicable line item total shall be due if notice is given fewer than fourteen (14) days before the event. Cancellations made more than fourteen (14) days in advance shall incur no fee.

4.7. The Musician shall carry comprehensive public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 10,000,000 KZT for all events conducted in Kazakhstan Almaty under this Purchase Order.

4.8. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Musician within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid invoice referencing this Purchase Order number (PO-KZ-2025-0487).

4.9. This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable commercial legislation. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court.

4.10. The Musician grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to record and broadcast audio and video of all performances delivered under this Purchase Order for internal corporate communications and promotional purposes within Kazakhstan Almaty and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to all terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in this Purchase Order for the procurement of Musician services in Kazakhstan Almaty.

This Purchase Order (PO-KZ-2025-0487) is the property of Almaty Events & Cultural Productions LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. All services described herein are to be performed exclusively within the administrative boundaries of Kazakhstan Almaty unless a written amendment is executed by both parties. This document is valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of issue.
