2. Performance Standards: The Musician agrees to deliver all services in a professional and timely manner, in full compliance with the standards expected at a corporate event of this nature in Kuwait City. The Musician shall arrive at the venue no later than two (2) hours prior to the scheduled performance start time.
3. Substitution: The Musician shall not substitute or delegate any part of the performance to another individual without prior written approval from the Procurement Manager of Al-Nakheel Entertainment & Events LLC.
4. Payment: Payment of the total amount stated in this Purchase Order shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the successful completion of all services and receipt of a valid tax invoice from the Musician. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the account specified by the vendor.
5. Cancellation Policy: In the event that the event in Kuwait City is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, the Musician shall be compensated for 50% of the total Purchase Order value as a cancellation fee, provided the cancellation notice is given no later than seven (7) days before the scheduled performance date.
6. Intellectual Property: The custom composition created under Line Item 04 shall become the exclusive property of Al-Nakheel Entertainment & Events LLC upon full payment. The Musician retains the right to perform the piece at other venues in Kuwait City and internationally, provided proper credit is given.
7. Compliance with Local Law: All services rendered under this Purchase Order shall comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Public Performance Rights regulations and any applicable entertainment licensing requirements in Kuwait City.
8. Confidentiality: The Musician agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all event details, guest lists, and proprietary information encountered during the performance in Kuwait City.
9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait City, State of Kuwait.

This Purchase Order is authorized and approved by the undersigned representatives of Al-Nakheel Entertainment & Events LLC. The Musician's acceptance of this Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
